My current experience with USIT has been nothing but exceptional. Anytime I have had questions they have been on hand to answer them. My phone call with Erin made me feel very excited for the next steps due to her professional yet comforting nature on the phone.

Cristi was fantastic through my Grad visa process. With all the documents and requirements I was getting lost and Cristi replied to every email so promptly and with the exact information I needed. Not to mention the phone calls we had as he patiently took me through each step and prepared me for the next stage.

I used USIT to do my j1 last summer. As soon as I paid my full amount I could no longer get anyone on the phone and it took weeks for them to reply to any emails. I was over 2 weeks late on arriving in the USA.
DO NOT go with USIT definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Everyone else I spoke to about USIT had the exact same issues as I did.

I would recommend sorting your J1 through USIT to everyone. Myself and my friends signed up in January last year and got our jobs in New York through the jobs database. We had an unbelievable experience this summer, it exceeded our expectations and it wouldn’t have been possible without USIT. In particular, Graham he was so helpful, gave me his direct email address and always came back to me no matter what questions myself or my friends had! Even when we got to the states, he was still there when we emailed or called. He made the process so easy and we didn’t have to worry about anything

USIT was always just a phone call away if I had any problems. The step by step process made my J1 experience really easy. When I encountered a problem regarding my work, Rob was quick to help and sorted it out. Guiding me and telling me my rights when I’m abroad! I would 100% do a j1 again if I could.

I went to camp on a J1 and this being my first time was quite confusing at some points, luckily I had an amazing help along the way! Niall couldn’t have been any more insightful or communicative along the way. He would always go above and beyond to make sure I was doing the right thing and helped make it easy to understand exactly what was needed at any given time. He has helped me have the summer of a lifetime and hopefully lots more to come.
